The Notice of Change of Business Address can be used by an organization, company, or business to notify another person or business of business address change. It may also be used to indicate a change in business phone number or email address. This letter allows the sender to notify that the change of address has already taken or will take place in the future for whatever purpose it may serve.

The Rules on Principal Office Address of Corporations and Partnership in relation to the Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Partnership should be considered if applicable. If the business is a corporation or partnership, and the transfer or change of business or principal office address takes place within the same municipality or city, the Articles of Incorporation or Partnership need not be amended pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6 series of 2016 or "The Rules on Principal Office Address of Corporations and Partnership".
On the other hand, if the transfer or change of address is from one city/municipality to another, the amendment of the Articles of Incorporation or Partnership shall be made and registered accordingly before the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
